QUIZ CARDS are one of the oldest and best learning tools and are extremely effective.

These cards show a question position on one side and the $ answer position on the reverse. Any match play different from the $ answer is noted.
Also on the quiz cards are 70 + Cube Actions shown as or . These are positions where the reply roll hits a checker, makes a point, and the opponent dances or when it hits two checkers and one or both dance. They show the correct double/take double/pass cube actions.
Some of these are not a double but beg the question and are shown as .

The OPENINGS Quiz Cards

The OPENINGS quiz cards are indexed into opening sets; one set for each opening roll played in a specific manner. There are 21 cards for each of the 27 most common open-ings of the 45 openings covered in the book and 15 cards for the Best Opening Plays set, totaling 582 cards. These Openings Quiz Cards are the results of over 2000 roll-outs, 3000 for the whole book.

I. BEAR OFF Cube Actions

This is a set of 40 cards showing the proper cube action, and recube action, for common and benchmark bear off positions including closed out positions.

II. 3rd ROLL DANCE Cube Actions

This 50 card set is derived from the 582 card set of openings and the book. If you have the openings set of 582 cards or book then you already have this information within. However, those 3rd roll dances are as notations on the answer side of the Opening card which foremost devotes itself to the proper reply play.

This set is for those who want the 3rd Roll Dance scenarios individually defined as quiz cards, in a convenient separate set.

III. PIP COUNTING

This 50 card set provides counting training with Pip Count Blocks that show common checker block formations and checker combinations on the question side and gives their count on the answer side. Your pip counting speed and accuracy will greatly increase which improves your move and doubling decisions.
